We've moved into the house, returned the rental car, and started to settle into a more sedate pace. The only tragedy so far has been the saga of Bruce Fitch. I'll leave the full tale for him to tell, but so far he is caught in some Delta-induced Flying Dutchman hell and has still not arrived on island (he was due Sunday evening).The house is incredible! Large and airy, with plenty of places to sit with friends and talk or to find a little quiet time for yourself. There's a grand piano which Sue and Steve have both been playing and a couple of guitars that will get more attention when they have some new strings. There are boogie boards and swim fins, snorkels and masks, books and paintings, peanut butter and jellies. Everything you might need can probably be found somewhere in this house.
